Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Pratibha Parishad website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Pratibha Parishad for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software

Limitation of Liability

Pratibha Parishad and its suppliers assume no responsibility for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of user communications.

Fees and Payments

Entry fees are non-refundable once payment is processed. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. We use secure payment processing through Razorpay.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, India.
